Ghost Story of the Week
The Crescent Hotel — Eureka Springs, Arkansas
Built in 1886 as a luxury mountain resort, the Crescent Hotel earned its ghosts early — a stonemason named Michael fell to his death during construction, landing in what later became room 218, still considered one of the most active rooms in the building. But its darkest chapter came in 1937, when con man Norman Baker bought the hotel and turned it into a fake cancer hospital, injecting desperate patients with a worthless "cure" while pocketing their savings. Many died there, and their bodies passed through a basement morgue that still exists today.

In 2019, groundskeepers digging behind the hotel uncovered hundreds of buried glass bottles — medical specimens and unidentified concoctions left over from Baker's era. Staff and guests report a woman in a Victorian dress wandering the hallways, disembodied moans from the old morgue, and a stocky man in a lab coat glimpsed near the recreation room believed to be Baker himself, still walking the halls of the hospital that made him rich.
Cryptid of the Week
The Fouke Monster — Fouke, Arkansas
Also known as the Boggy Creek Monster, this tall, hair-covered, foul-smelling biped has been reported around the swampy Sulphur River bottoms near Fouke since at least 1946. It became a national sensation in May 1971, when Bobby and Elizabeth Ford reported that a creature roughly seven feet tall reached through a window of their rural home and grabbed at them in the dark. The story spread through local newspapers and inspired the 1972 docudrama "The Legend of Boggy Creek," a surprise box-office hit that cemented the monster in cryptid lore nationwide.

Sightings never really stopped — hunters and drivers around Fouke and the Boggy Creek bottomlands still report a reddish-brown, apelike shape moving through the tree line, along with strange tracks and unexplained howls. Decades on, the swampland around Fouke remains thick, remote, and largely unchanged — plenty of room, believers say, for something to still be out there.

👻 Ghost Cams

Live feeds from some of North America's most documented haunted locations — running 24/7. Keep your eyes on the shadows.

Willard Library — The Grey Lady

Willard Library is one of Indiana's oldest public libraries — a stunning Victorian Gothic building of steep roofs, turrets, and Gothic arched windows, built in 1877 by wealthy philanthropist Willard Carpenter. It's also, by most accounts, one of the most reliably haunted buildings in America.

The ghost known as the Grey Lady has been reported since at least the 1930s, when a janitor claimed to encounter a woman in a grey veil near the basement bathroom — and fled the building, never returning. Since then, hundreds of staff, patrons, and paranormal investigators have reported her presence: a cold mist, the faint scent of perfume, books displaced from shelves, and the unmistakable feeling of being watched in the stacks.

Theories about her identity vary. Many believe she is Louise Carpenter, daughter of the founder, who sued the library board in the 1890s after her father's will left her nothing — and lost. Others point to a former librarian said to haunt the children's section, keeping watch over young visitors. Psychics who visited in 2007 confirmed a strong presence, and EVP recordings have captured voices in the basement hallway and on the staircase.

Willard Library launched their ghost cams in the early 2000s and they became an instant global phenomenon. The cameras run around the clock — watch carefully. The Grey Lady has been sighted most recently in the basement hallway and, chillingly, the children's room.

Rock Island Road House — The House of Many Sins

Few buildings carry as much dark history as the Rock Island Road House. Originally built as a YMCA, the building quietly became a hub for illegal activity during Prohibition — a speakeasy with ties to local mob boss John Looney, whose grip on Rock Island was so total that he was said to have controlled the police, the courts, and the press. Looney's associate Helen Van Dale ran operations from within these walls, and the building saw violence, blackmail, and deals that were never meant to see daylight.

The building's most disturbing mystery involves John Dickerson, a YMCA resident who committed murder during his stay. There are also unconfirmed reports of a drowning in the building's pool, and of remains found during later renovations. The weight of these events seems to have left something behind.

Today paranormal investigators and cam watchers regularly report shadow figures in the bar and lounge, objects shifting in the infamous Doll Room on the third floor, and a persistent sense of unease in the fourth floor hallway near what was once Looney's private room. The Doll Room in particular is considered one of the most active areas — with dolls reported to move between sessions without explanation.

🐉 Cryptid Cams

Watch the legendary waters of Loch Ness around the clock. Nessie has been reported for nearly 1,500 years — and these cameras are your front-row seat.

Loch Ness — The Monster in the Deep

Loch Ness is a vast, dark, glacially-carved lake in the Scottish Highlands — over 22 miles long, nearly a mile wide, and reaching depths of 755 feet. Its waters are so peat-stained they are almost completely opaque below a few feet, and its volume is so enormous that it contains more fresh water than all the lakes in England and Wales combined. It is the perfect place to hide something enormous.

The legend of the Loch Ness Monster, affectionately known as Nessie, stretches back to 565 AD, when the Irish monk St. Columba reportedly encountered a large aquatic beast in the River Ness and commanded it to retreat. Modern sightings exploded in 1933 when a local couple reported a large creature crossing the road near the loch — the story was picked up globally, and the world has been watching ever since.

The famous 1934 "Surgeon's Photograph" — appearing to show a long-necked creature rising from the water — shaped the public image of Nessie for decades, even after it was revealed to be a staged photograph using a toy submarine. But credible sightings from pilots, scientists, and tourists continued: sonar contacts, unexplained wakes, large dark shapes beneath the surface.

In 2023, the largest Nessie search in decades was organised, using thermal drones and hydrophone arrays. They detected unexplained sounds deep in the loch — but no definitive answer. The mystery endures. These three live cams watch the loch 24 hours a day. The cameras belong to local hotels and lodges on the loch's banks — if something breaks the surface, one of them will catch it.

🛸 UFO & Sky Watch Cams

The skies above us are full of unanswered questions. Watch around the clock — from curated UFO sighting compilations to a real-time sky cam pointed at the stars over Queensland, Australia.

UAP — The Skies Are No Longer Silent

For most of the 20th century, reporting a UFO sighting was a reliable way to be dismissed. That began to change in 2017, when the New York Times published a bombshell investigation revealing that the U.S. Department of Defense had been running a secret program — the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) — studying unidentified aerial phenomena since at least 2007.

The release of three declassified Navy videos — FLIR1, Gimbal, and GoFast — showing encounters between U.S. fighter pilots and objects exhibiting flight characteristics beyond known technology changed the conversation permanently. In 2021, the Pentagon officially established the UAP Task Force and published a preliminary assessment acknowledging 144 unexplained incidents. By 2023, Congressional hearings included testimony from decorated military officers describing craft with no visible propulsion, no wings, and the ability to move from 80,000 feet to sea level in seconds.

Today, a global network of private sky watchers, former intelligence officials, and grassroots researchers trains cameras at the sky every night. Some of the most compelling footage now comes not from governments, but from ordinary people — exactly like you — watching and recording. The Queensland Sky Cam below streams live from Australia's southeast coast, pointed upward 24/7. The HauntTV stream runs continuous UFO footage and sighting compilations around the clock.

For those who want to watch U.S. skies specifically, the Colorado Webcam Network (coloradowebcam.net) runs dedicated star-gazing and UFO watch cams with night vision across the Rocky Mountain region — they can't be embedded but are well worth bookmarking.
